An instructional designer helps you turn knowledge into effective training. I analyze your goals and audience, pick the right format (e-learning, ILT/vILT, or learning materials), and design learning that is clear, engaging, and measurable—from script to production and QA.
Typical ways I help
Clarify objectives: translate business needs into precise learning outcomes.
Structure content: organize and trim subject-matter input for clarity and flow.
Choose formats: select the right blend (microlearning, branching scenarios, job aids, workshops).
Design & develop: create scripts, prototypes, visuals, interactions, and assessments (SCORM 1.2 when needed).
Measure results: define success metrics and provide tools to track them (quizzes, checklists, surveys).
Ensure consistency: align design with your brand and accessibility good practices.
When to bring me in
You have expert content but need it converted into training.
Teams are making avoidable errors or compliance requires proof of learning.
You want scalable onboarding or role-specific upskilling.
You need learning materials that people will actually use (guides, job aids, infographics).
Outcomes you can expect
Faster ramp-up, fewer errors, clearer processes, and evidence of learning.
Not sure where to start? Share your goals and constraints via Contact, and I’ll recommend a right-sized solution.
I have experience adapting content for various corporate sectors. I can work with your existing manuals, PowerPoints, recordings, or raw data to transform them into high-quality learning assets.
My process is iterative and structured: Analysis, Design (Storyboarding), Development, and Review. I include two rounds of feedback per phase to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with your training goals.
I develop LMS-compatible content (SCORM, xAPI) using industry-standard authoring tools such as iSpring, isEazy, etc.I also design materials for synchronous training (vILT) and interactive workshops.
To kick off a project, I typically need the learning objectives and access to your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). A standard project is usually completed within 6-8 weeks, depending on complexity and required interactivity
Confidentiality is a priority; I am happy to sign NDAs as required. Payments are usually structured with a 40% upfront deposit and the remaining 60% upon final delivery, ensuring commitment and quality at every stage.
