We start with a quick kick-off to clarify goals, audience, timeline, and available materials.
Then I review the content and context (LMS constraints, technical requirements, and brand guidelines) and define the course structure, measurable learning objectives, and a clear project plan.
From there, I collaborate closely with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to confirm accuracy, align on key examples, and make fast, informed content decisions. I create a storyboard/script and, when useful, a small prototype to validate direction early.
Once approved, I build the course—either by converting existing Word/PDF content into a polished eLearning experience or by designing it from scratch—run quality checks, and manage feedback through structured review rounds.
Finally, I deliver an LMS-ready package (e.g., SCORM) and follow up after launch to review results and propose targeted improvements based on performance and learner feedback.
